1. Who we are
This website and the products sold on it are provided by Shahid Bahader IT Services, a sole proprietorship owned by Shahid Bahader and trading as SB IT Services, based in Pakistan ("we", "us", "our"). When you use this website or buy from us, your agreement is with Shahid Bahader IT Services.

2. Accepting these terms
By using this website, downloading our software or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our products. If you buy for a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Our products
Bahader Loyalty is a points and rewards plugin for WooCommerce. The free version is available from WordPress.org at no cost. Bahader Loyalty Pro is a separate add-on sold on this website as a yearly licence.
- A licence lets you activate Bahader Loyalty Pro on the number of websites in your plan (1, 5 or 25).
- Each licence includes new versions of the plugin and email support for one year from the date of purchase or renewal.
- If you do not renew, Bahader Loyalty Pro keeps working on your sites, but you no longer receive updates or support.
- Your licence key is for you or your business. Please do not share or resell it.
- We describe each product's features on its page as accurately as we can. Features may change between versions as we improve the product.
4. Prices, payment and renewals
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
- Licences are billed yearly and renew automatically at the end of each year unless you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your licence stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
- If we change a price, we will tell you by email before your next renewal. The new price applies only from that renewal.
5. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying or renewing a licence. The details are in our Refund policy.
6. Client projects
For website development, maintenance and other services, the scope, price, schedule and payment plan are set out in the proposal or invoice you accept. These terms apply to those projects wherever the proposal does not say otherwise. Project invoices are paid directly to us, not through Paddle.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use this website or our products to:
- break any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so;
- commit fraud, send spam or mislead people;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- introduce malware, probe or attack our systems, bypass licence checks, or scrape the website in a way that harms its performance.
8. Intellectual property
We own the content and design of this website and the names and logos SB IT Services and Bahader Loyalty. The code of Bahader Loyalty and Bahader Loyalty Pro is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, and you may use and change it under that licence. The GPL does not give you the right to use our names or logos, or to receive updates and support without a valid licence.
9. No guarantee
We work hard to keep our products and website reliable, but we cannot promise they will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. Please keep backups of your website and test updates before using them on a live store. Our software is provided "as is", as described in its licence.
10. Our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Suspending or ending a licence
We may suspend or cancel a licence, and stop its updates, if:
- you seriously or repeatedly break these terms;
- a payment is not made, or is reversed through a chargeback;
- the key is shared publicly or used on more sites than your plan allows; or
- we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a security risk.
Where it is reasonable, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change affects an active licence in a significant way, we will tell you by email.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
