Bahader Loyalty Pro licences
If Bahader Loyalty Pro is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. The same applies to each yearly renewal: you have 14 days from the renewal date. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are paid by Paddle. You can:
- request it at paddle.net using the email address you bought with, or by replying to your Paddle receipt; or
- email us at info@shahidbahader.dev with your order number, and we will arrange it with Paddle.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. They usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider. When a refund is made, the licence key is deactivated.
After 14 days
If Bahader Loyalty Pro does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem, contact us and we will look at a refund fairly, case by case. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The free plugin
The free version of Bahader Loyalty costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Client projects
Website and development projects are paid by the instalments set out in your proposal. If a project is cancelled, you are refunded any amount paid for work that has not started. Work already delivered and approved is not refundable. Monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time and are not charged again from the next month.
